Megan is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, earned her Bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and her Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Western Michigan University. She is a certified Senior Fitness Specialist and focuses on functional fitness, chronic disease management, aerobic training and general weight loss.
